A mission and results oriented non-profit professional, Ms. Modley has over twenty-five years of experience in areas ranging from diversity and inclusion to fundraising and program development in youth and educational programs. An adept strategist and thought partner with highly developed collaboration skills, Ms. Modley is a creative problem solver with a strength for achieving positive outcomes through thoughtful planning, careful implementation, and evaluation. She received her direct service and management experience at organizations such as Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Chicago Public Schools, Heartland Alliance, with 13 years of experience as an administrator at the University of Chicago.
Ms. Modley has a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a Master's Degree in Administration/Non-profit Management/Policy from the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice at the University of Chicago.
